ContactReporter™ works by pairing sophisticated audio transcription and touch-tone technologies.  Fundraisers can report what happened at a meeting within minutes and have information flow automatically into a consistent and easily downloadable format.  

How does it work?  After completing a meeting, a fundraiser dials a toll-free number and inputs their unique passcode.  The rest of the call involves answering a set of questions about their meeting and providing a brief narrative by voice.  ContactReporter™ captures these responses and delivers them in a straight-forward format for integration into your host system.

While ContactReporter™ is a terrific efficiency tool for individual fundraisers, it is of even greater value to the relationship  management team.  Once a call is complete, the data lands on a password protected and specially encrypted web site branded to each institution.  Managers have the ability to see and adjust reports, download the content for export, and generate graphs and reports demonstrating individual and team performance.
